users.php and php5 problem

    I installed wordpress 2.7.1 with the typical configuration until I started getting messages like “500 internal server error” after about 4 when I made a change to a page or post.
    After some research on the net I saw that there was a report with the installed version of php I looked in the forum OVH and I found the need to add this command “SetEnv PHP_VER 5” htaccess file in which I did. Apparently the problem was solved, but I am facing a incompatibilty in the dashboard, in fact I can not access the users profile tab to manage the site.

    Does anyone a solution to my problem or an avenue to explore because I tried almost everything.

    upload the /wp-admin folder again

    i tried to upload i new wp-admin folder gain but the problem is not solved i have a blank page with ” users”a in title and wordpress sidebar but no users listing
    please help me
