User Login Issue

    Since approximately yesterday there’s been an issue for users on the site when logging in.

    It is currently set up so that when a user logs in, they are redirected to their profile. Now, suddenly, the login page reloads with a redirect-type URL.

    If I give it 30some seconds then navigate away, I’ll see that I’m logged in, but not always.

    I’ve tried everything from switching around redirects to disabling it entirely and no luck.

    This was functioning fine before and no adjustments have been made in a while besides updating plugins (speaking of which, I tried deactivating other plugins, issue persists).

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi @cckhp,

    Do you have any caching plugin installed or server side caching active on your server e.g. Memcached, Varnish cache, Cloudflare?
    Please try excluding Ultimate member pages from the cache.

    Have you checked developers console of your browser for errors?
    You can also check the error.log file of your server and see if you have any errors there.
