Can’t login/link broken – HELP!!

Hoping someone can help me. I have completely mucked things up I think. I added a new theme on Saturday night and it seemed to be working fine, then all of a sudden I got a pop up saying that my session had timed out and now it appears to be broken. I can login but I can’t get to my wp dashboard and site appears as if no theme is attached.

I tried renaming the theme in the directory files and that didn’t work. Now when I try to access things, it seems to have made the problem worse. I’ve even tried restoring to a previous date and no luck. Clearly there’s a path along the way that is broken, but because this blog is attached to a business website, I don’t want to do too much in the directory as I’m not overly familiar with it.

Hoping there is someone out there with far more knowledge than I that would be willing to take a look at it and/or talk me through it.
