“Insert/edit link” bar flickers in chrome

    This seems like a JS issue, probably caused by a theme or plugin conflict.

    I would recommend deactivating plugins one at time, refreshing the edit post page after each one, to see if the issue persists.

    Same with your theme, if none of the plugins seem to be responsible.

    I just tried it and it still flickered.
    I have switched to using firefox and the flickering has stopped, but I think a fix for chrome would still be nice if anyone needs it.
