    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

Sure, you could simply use phpMyAdmin then! Just find the “tablepress_options” entry in the “wp_options” database table and make the change there.
You could also read that option using wp-cli, change the mentioned value to 0, and save it back to the database with wp-cli (I don’t have the exact commands at hand for that, though).

If that still fails, let me know!

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hey Tobias,

    This still didn’t worked 🙁

I went to tablepress_plugin_options (this is the correct one I think), and changed the value 37 to 0 through phpMyAdmin, this was saved fine and so far so good.

However when I go to this page: https://site.com.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=tablepress I got this:

Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

    Any other options we’ve here?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

something else might be interfering here then. If possible, I’d like to take a direct look at this on your site. Could you therefore please get in touch via email (the address is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”)? That way, I can investigate this directly. Thanks!

    Regards,
    Tobias
