    Been using the plugin for 2 years now, I had a question regarding the time taken to backup a HUGE database. (I use the paid version for Unlimited size backups)

    Within minutes of submitting my support request
    Pim J. Iliev replied to my email and sent a support plugin. within minutes the backup was analyzed and it was found my database really was huge and would take about an hour for a full backup.
