    Hello
I installed your EU VAT assistant woocommerce plugin, I have a problem after installation. In the window above the plugins, I have a message that says: “Updating WooCommerce data – We need to update your store database to the latest version.” After updating the data, it is not possible to access the store again!, A page with the data of the database appears, and it is impossible to go back. Without installing this data update, everything is fine. This poses a problem for future woocommerce updates.
Can you tell me if you have already encountered the problem and how to fix it.
I use the latest version of WordPress, all plugins are up to date.
    Thanking you in advance,
    cordially

We haven’t encountered this issue so far. We tested the EU VAT Assistant up to WooCommerce 3.5.0, we didn’t encounter any issue. What you describe looks more like a conflict somewhere.

I would suggest to try disabling all plugins, update WooCommerce, then enable the plugins one by one. That should help you narrowing down the possible causes of the issue.

    Hello
I did what you suggested, I disabled all plugins, except woocommerce, and I proceeded to the update, everything went well, then I reactivated the plugins one after the other, (I checked at the same time if everything went well in the front end, and eventually find the plugin that was problematic), but after activating all the plugins, I had no error, without knowing what caused the error. I will not complain everything works, I will observe this in future updates and you know if I find a possible conflict, otherwise I thank you for your procedure that worked.

Thanks for the update. Should you encounter that kind of unexpected errors in the future, I would recommend to enable the WP_DEBUG option in your WordPress settings (https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG). That should show you more details about the actual error, and give you an indication about the cause.
