The log file says that you have not yet authenticated with Dropbox. If you go to your UpdraftPlus settings page, is there no message about that? There should be a link to click to authenticate.

From the logs, it appears that the plugin is not correctly authenticated with Dropbox.
Please could you re-authenticate with you Dropbox account?
This can be done via the Dropbox remote storage settings.

What happens if you click the link in the screenshot to re-run the authentication procedure, and then try a new backup re-authenticating?

Yes that is correct, as your site grows you may end up with more backup files as it may become to large to put all in one zip file so you will end up with for example themes.zip themes2.zip
