Mail Chimp is not intergrating

    I have provided Api number and ID number, it says “connected” . when someone subscribes from site the message “Failed to Subscribe, contact admin” pops up.

    Please note that the link you shared is to your website backend. I would not suggest sharing it publicly.

    Can you please share with us a link on your website where our form is placed? Also, can you please go to “MailChimp for WP > Others” menu in your WordPress admin and share with us the errors displayed on that page?
