Cart Empty Issues

I have updated the bazar theme and plugins. I have ran a status and nothing shows up. The cart does not do the following:
IE, Edge, Mobile search engines: You can either add a product to the cart and it either shows empty and the product or shows cart as empty
Chrome: it seems to work fine. I have read through so many forums and tried all the fixes I could and still same issue. Please help
