help regarding register- plus plugin

hi,
I’m new to wordpress and willing to create my site trough wordpress.I wish my site user to get register for accessing further pages. For creating a registration page i tried installing register-plus plugin. I am not able to use this plugin.. i tried by changing settings in register plus from settings panel..Can anyone please guide me to create a registration page..
