Problems in translations

I have a problem. I have a site in two languages ​​Spanish (main language of the site) and English, I am using the wpml plugin, I am having a problem in the search and in the user profile. In Spanish everything works correctly, but in English the search filters in shows members do not work do not return any user. With the profile and edit the profile of the users, the same happens, in Spanish they work correctly and in English they do not work.

What could be the problem?
