That product does not have any variations. We should be seeing a drop-down allowing selection of the hour variants. You’ll need to double check the attributes and variations setup tabs.
If you have set manage stock at product or variation level, ensure the items are in-stock.

If you can’t get it working, please post screenshots of the attributes and variations tabs in the product data metabox.

Hi Lorro
We can see the drop down list of variants only after clicking add to cart – which seems weird to me.

I dont have any option here to upload an image 🙁
No, you can’t upload an image here. You would need to upload it elsewhere and just post its link here.
But don’t do that yet. I didn’t realise that clicking add-to-cart shows the drop-down. That’s made me think your product page template could be out-of-date. Your theme seems to be Enfold v4.1.2 released on 17/07/17. WooCommerce has moved on a long way since then. I suggest you update your theme to the latest, v4.5. Take a backup first.

Hi
Yeah, that was on my list to do. Done that, updated, still cant see the options until the add to cart is selected.
Um, I think I should try temporarily deactivating all other plugins to check that there is no plugin conflict. If you still have the problem you will know its down to the theme.
Looking at the Enfold theme demo, it does not display the price of the selected option, so a poor customer experience. The Enfold forum tells us “If you use the advanced layout builder for product pages you would have to insert the price manually (text element).”
Are you using the Enfold advanced layout builder? If you can tie this problem down to Enfold, it won’t be possible to provide support here and you would need to approach the Enfold support service.
I would say Lorro is right about it being the theme.
Did you have a child theme setup? I just tested it with a fresh install of Enfold and the page looks almost 100% identical to yours minus variations show up correctly. Did you have this setup as a simple product at one point then changed it later to variable?
I ask because when inspecting the page it shows a product-type-simple when it should be showing product-type-variable.
This could also be caused by caching if the above is the case.

Hi @rizpar,
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
