error while cropping image

    When I’m going to put a cover image or logo in my store, the time to crop the image gives this error: There was an error cropping to your image. What can it be?

    Hi @felipemonteiro44, can you please check if there is any error in the console of the browser.

    Also, please disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WC Marketplace and check again.

    Keep us posted also.

    In the directory: wp-content\plugins\dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor\lib\jquery\upload\frontend-media-upload.js I changed where I was “wcmp-cropper” and “wcmp_crop_image” for “crop-image” and it worked again.

    @felipemonteiro44, please make sure you have installed GD Library and the issue should be fixed.
