Best Gallery Plugin? [Lightbox]

So I have Lightbox for my site
Its great, I can post a picture, make a link to it, and whenever someone clicks the picture, the site turns to a transparent black with a picture in the middle and all (I’m sure all of you have seen it)

.. But lets say I have 50 pictures to upload, and I create a “Gallery” for it.. Lightbox doesn’t work then.. so what do I do? =/
