Dear @mj00712,
Sure, you can use your Jetpack forms (if shortcodes or embed codes are provided) in our HTML popup type.

Dear @mj00712,
Feel free to let us know if you have any other question! π
I have just installed your plugin and I like it. I have added Jetpack’s email subscription form using the shortcode. Now I want to know that which settings are best so that it does not reduce site speed. Also, If a user closes the popup it won’t open again for that user again if he goes to another page or this option is enabled by default?
Dear @mj00712,
Our popups generally don’t affect the website speed, it depends on the popup content you are using.
In your case, Jetpack form shouldn’t reduce your site speed. And, if you want to show your popup with the form only once to each visitor, you can use the “Popup showing limitation” option and limit popup showing to once per visitor.
Thanks very much
Dear @mj00712,
Always happy to assist! π
The popup is not displaying the message after form submission i.e “Success! An email was just sent to confirm your subscription. Please find the email now and click ‘Confirm Follow’ to start subscribing”

Dear @mj00712,
Could you, please, share a URL so we can see it live?
Or you can contact us if you don’t want to share your URL here.
support@sygnoos.comDear @mj00712,
Seems the problem is with your form.
Could you, please, check it on a test page, without a popup to see if the form works correctly out of a popup? What happened? The popup form works but the success message does not show. Have you tested it with Adblock on?
I have figured it out If I don’t set up the limit the popup success message displays. But then the popup displays on every time a new page is opened. What could be the solution to that so that when a user closes popup it won’t show up for that session
Also, can we add more than one delay in showing a popup? Like first the popup displays after 5 s and second after the set time
Dear @mj00712,
If your form supports Ajax, then the page won’t reload after submission and the message will be shown.
You can’t set more than one delay for the same popup, but you can clone it and set different delay for the cloned one.
