It might be (probably is) going to spam.

Please make sure you have the latest 2.0.29 version of the Ultimate member plugin installed. Go to the Ultimate member -> Settings -> Emails and enable “Use HTML for emails”. You can also try to install SMTP plugin and see if it helps.

I have those. . actually the other emails send but the first email which is the activate your account/email email(sorry for the repitition) dosent send.
I resolved it, by turning member approval method in the “user role” tab to “require email activation” (weird – should have noticed this earlier)
