Please see screenshot of the plugin i have mentioned above. There should have shown a button for message page.
Also your screenshot page is a edit profile page, so it does not show full message system there. Full message system is shown in profile page (see screenshot of that plugin).
If you have more question for that plugin, please use support forum for that plugin.
