Preload key requests

Hello,
Google lighthouse is suggesting I preload one of my fonts:
http://thermosphere.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/sui-generis-rg.ttf
I have tried to add this to my HTML <HEAD> section in Avada theme options:
<link rel=“preload” href=“http://thermosphere.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/sui-generis-rg.ttf” as=“font”>
But it is not working, am I doing something wrong?
