    thanks for your question.

    This is the support forum for the Advanced Ads plugin, not OIO Publisher. OIO is a commercial-only plugin which existed for many years, but seems to be abandoned now. You will find all their feature in Advanced Ads and our add-ons as well.

    Advanced Ads has a “device” condition which allows you to display ads for mobile or desktop only. We have a “Responsive” add-on which allows to display ads by browser width as well.
