If possible then exclude WCFM Dashboard form caching. WCFM Dashboard is not customer facing page so caching is not important for this page!

Just tell me which mail id should in Textboxes?
Those are for admin email notification. As you can see by default those are filled with site’s admin email. Now you may change and use any other email address, in fact you may use different email for different notifications as well.

This comes with a setting option to exclude certain pages from being cached.
