Make email only registration with email verification

Hello guys,
I need to make a ContactForm7 Registration. No problem yet. Just sending the text to my mail. But how to implement an verification email? so that I am sure, that the email exists.
I dont need frontend users for wordpress.. I just want offline users, which i get per mail. After verification I want to get the mail :”user registered”
