Gutenberg, changing the url and automatic rewrites?

    Have I misconfigured something or is Redirection having trouble noticing when Gutenberg changes the url of an article? I love the fact that when I change the slug of a post, the plugin notices it automatically and adds a redirection form the old version to the new.

    However, on our new site it’s not happening. Could it have something to do with the fact that we finally switched over to Gutenberg?

    It’s possible as Gutenberg uses the REST API, not the normal post editing functions. I will investigate

    Yeah, uhm, before you do it’s also possible that an unnamed user–definitely not me! who said anything about it being me?–had not activated ‘track changes to posts’ on the options page.
