1.3 allowing img in comments

Hello,
I’m probably stupid but I fail to find where is stored the list of allowed tags for coments.
My weblog is a personal one (I’m the only registrated user) and I validate every coment before publisging (so I don’t fear spam or other things like that) so i’d like to allow img in my comments
