    Hi Adams, I have been looking for your personal contact for quite sometime now, I have the plugin installed and when I test it after installation I get an error saying “Could not reach hubtel payment gateway”, please help

    Hello Godfred, sorry for the issue you are facing. Ensure you have updated the plugin with the latest changes. Also provide all setup requirements especially, the merchant website url. Hope this solves your issue, if not let me know so I can assist further. Thank you.

    Could you please clarify, what you mean by merchant website URL as there’s no field asking for URL

    You’re required to provide a url so the customer can be redirected to your website when checkout is completed or cancelled. There’s a field for it in the Woocommerce settings page in your admin dashboard. Please follow the installation instructions to the letter.

    Description:
    Client ID:
    Client Secret:
    Merchant Logo URL:

    Confirm if values for these fields have been provided and the issue still persists.
