Remove class “save_pdf” from pdf div wrapper

    Hi
    In newer version (1.1.6) you guys removed a really important class from the div wrapper name “save_pdf” and I’m not getting why, this class allowed us to style the pdf icon, after updating your plugin a lot of thing breaks in the content page.
    Is there any other why to put a custom class to the pdf div wrapper? right now I don’t have any way to target this element rather than doing some js manipulations.
