iNove navagation – problem

Hi,
firstly sorry for my bad English.
I would like to ask for somebody, who have experience with iNove teplate.
For example – I want add new subcategories for category Foto ( undermentioned link) called a Holiday, Familly, Hobby etc.
In wp-admin I created new page, assigned supperior page and saved. But main page is without changes.
Interesting – in wp-admin is state, that number of subcategories is unbounded.

Please, help me…
