Can this plugin achieve this?

Hi Guys,

Great plugin, looks awesome. Before I jump in, I just wanted to check the following setup we need.

We need to be able to split the UK into 3 different regions –

1) England & Wales
2) Scotland
3) Northern Ireland.

Then we need to be able to set weight based shipping for each region in 3 different weight bands, for example –

England and Wales

0-25kg – £5.95

25 – 35kg – £6.85

35 – 50kg – £9.85

SCOTLAND

0 – 25kg – £9.95

25 – 35kg – £14.95

35 – 50kg – £21.95

NORTHERN IRELAND DPD

0 – 30kg – £2.95

30 – 40kg – £5.85

40 – 50kg – £9.85

Can I achieve this with this plugin?
