Issue in my Registration form

Hi,

Issue in my Registration form –

After Entering the datas the messages comes to show you are registered , Please login.
Then a mail is sent to the new registration as in the

subject – Your username and password info.

The body shows –

Username: Ram Gopal

To set your password, visit the following address:

<http://letsarbitrate.com/blog/?action=resetpass&key=mNx72ODBL9xKeoeo6DwW&login=Ram Gopal>

http://letsarbitrate.com/blog/?action=login

If you have already set your own password, you may disregard this email and use the password you have already set.

No idea what is happening.Can any one please help me out.
