• Resolved LogoLogics

    Hi,

Recently I noticed that, although I was logged in as an administrator, going to the frontend of the site ( shop, pages, courses ) my login was gone.
I had to type in wp-admin again and log in to be logged in, over and over again.

I noticed that when I deactivated my caching plugins like WP Super Cache or WP Speed Of light, the problem was gone.

However, in all my 50+ sites without the Super Socializer, this did not occure.
Only if I deactive the Super Socializer, I can keep cache on and still be logged in when I look at the site, shop, courses.

Did not have this before, your plugin worked perfectly untill recently.
    Can we fix this please?

    Thanks,
    Annie

PS. All plugins, core and theme are up to date!

    Hi Annie,

Can you enable the plugin and let me know so that we can have a look at it? OR maybe post the link to the screencast that describes the problem.
In the meantime, you can try installing another cache plugin if that helps.

    Hi,

I wanted to make a screencast, but saw totday was a new update waiting for Mailpoet plugin. After I did the update, the admin bar is back even with cache enabled.

That update seems to have fixed it somehow.

    Thanks for responding!
