    Is the ‘Independent Publisher’ theme still a valid theme?

    If not, any recommendations?

    Doesn’t see to have been updated since 2017.

    Doesn’t see to have been updated since 2017.

    I will casually mention this only because this is part true. Just because it is not supported does not mean it won’t work. There are a few themes which haven’t been updated in almost five or seven years and they still function. Often times the author gets busy with life and can’t support it or some just release it to share with the community.
