Change Text for Payment Link by Invoice

    Hello,

    Is it possible to change the text indicating the payment link on the invoice emailed to customers from Edit Order > Order Actions > Email invoice/order details to customer?

    Currently it reads: “An order has been created for you on Pantry. To pay for this order please use the following link: pay“.

    I want to change it to: “An order has been created for you on Pantry. To pay for this order click here“, with “here” being the link.

    Is this possible, and if so how can I do it? Please let me know. Thank you!

    Hi @wallacelin,

    An order action “Email invoice/order details to the customer” is not coming from our WooCommerce Print Invoice & Delivery Note plugin, it is coming from the WooCommerce plugin. However, you can edit the “customer-invoice.php” email template to change the payment text in the email. This email template is located at wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/emails/<here>
