Hello @khanehfitness,
Please, send me the URL to a webpage where the form is actually inserted, because the URL provided does not included the form and I cannot determine what is causing the conflict.
Best regards.
thanks for responding
I changed my PHP version from 7 to 5.6 and the page loaded completely. is it a way that I can keep the PHP version on 7 and the forms still work.
please note that the link I provided now includes the forms
Thanx for your help.
Hello @khanehfitness,
Are you sure the error is occurring in the plugin’s code? What version of the plugin do you have installed?
I’ve installed the latest version of the plugin in different websites, with PHP7.2 and PHP7.1, and the plugin is working properly in all of them.
If you prefer you can create a ticket in my private website for helping you to detect the cause of the issue in the error logs:

Best regards.
thanks again
I found out that the form works fine with PHP 7 on pages that are not created with elementor, but when I add it to pages created with elementor, the page stops loading. however, this does not happen when I’m on PHP 5.6
I know it might not be the problem with this plugin but if you have any suggestion for resolving this issue I would appreciate it.
thanks for your support.
Hello @khanehfitness,
In this case who is failing is Elementor and not our plugin.
I recommend you:
First, install the latest update of every plugin and theme installed on your website, if the issue persists, check the file with the error logs in your server, and if you cannot detect and fix the issue, contact to the Elementor’s developers.
By the way, I use together the plugins “Elementor” and “Calculated Fields Form” in a website with PHP7.2.8 and both are working properly, please, look the screenshots below:
