Major WooCommerce Clashes

Hello,

In the ‘Account’ page, when trying to change names, there is a clash with all of the WooCommerce plugins I have installed.

The WooCommerce plugin itself is fine, but…

– WooCommerce Gutenberg Products Block
– WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway
– WooCommerce Services
– WooCommerce Stripe Gateway
– MailChimp for WooCommerce

If any of those WooCommerce plugins are activated (possibly more WooCommerce plugins that I don’t have installed also) then the name change won’t update.

Plugin clash here that needs to be fixed.

Hi @davidsavill,

We’ve checked this issue on our test site, however, we couldn’t replicate it.
Can you please attach screenshots of this issue and fields are you referring to?
Please check developers console of your browser and see if you have errors there.

Hiya,

Here are the screenshots,

One shows the plugins that are causing a conflict,

The other shows the area the conflict is happening (names won’t change – I haven’t tested the email)

An error happens in woocommerce.css “An Error Occurred Trying To Load Resource” …But, that error is there whether those plugins are active or not, so I don’t know if it’s related.

When those plugins aren’t active, the issue doesn’t happen.

I think it was more the theme I was using.

Those plugins with the Twenty Seventeen theme work fine.

But those plugins with the Cenote theme causes a conflict.

This is something to be aware of as I thought WP Ultimate was designed to work with any theme?

Or maybe its the themes fault for conflicting with the WooCommerce plugins which conflicted with Wp Ultimate …I have no idea.
