Plugin Settings Page Not Working

    I’ve installed and activated the plugin > go to tools > wp reset > nothing there. I just see a broken image link, 4 text links that say reset, tools, support, and ip geolocation but even when I click on those links nothing happens. It’s a dud.

    I installed the old plugin “Advanved Reset WP” and it opens just fine. Is it safe to use the old one? My concerns are that my login credentials won’t work if I do a clean install of wp and that it will delete the wrong uploads folder since I am on a subdomain staging site.

    Hi,
    We’re extremely eager to fix this bug ASAP! Could you please email support@webfactoryltd.com and our main dev will work with you and have a look at it. From what you described it’s a JS issue since the tabs interface is not properly initialized.

    As for Advanced Reset WP – it’s no longer maintained or supported. So, it’s as safe as a plugin can be in those circumstances. I’d suggest using WP Reset which is, as you can see very well supported 🙂
