• Was working Saturday PM. I do not believe I upgraded anything then. Now I can’t access and receive this:

Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0

Fatal error: Unknown: Failed opening required ‘/home/content/05/5576905/html/gd.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5_6/lib/php’) in Unknown on line 0

I can FTP in. I renamed the plugins folder, no change. Renamed my Avada theme folder, no change. Checked my hosting account and am running PHP 5.6 with no option to migrate that to a higher version with godaddy. I’m stumped. In the past, it was an older PHP version causing issues. Please help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • This seems like something to contact your hosting provider technical support over as it doesn’t seem to have to do specifically with WordPress.

Funny, Godaddy said it was a WordPress issue. 🙂

gd.php is not a WordPress file.

Get a fresh cup of coffee, take a deep breath and carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.

If you’re unable to clean your site(s) successfully, there are reputable organizations that can clean your sites for you. Sucuri and Wordfence are a couple.

An IT friend fixed my user.ini file and the site is back up. I am a Wordfence Premium member. However, when I logged back in to my site, Wordfence is no longer installed! I have a support ticket in at Wordfence and will see if they can help. Changed passwords, of course.
