File name output is improperly encoded

    Hi there,

    I’ve found your plugin is now the only working solution to add mimetype icons to WP attachment links. Unfortunately, most attachments I’m dealing witch are in Polish.
    If I attach file named: “Zażółć Gęślą Jaźń” the output both link text and address is: “Zażółć Gęślą Jaźń”
    Can you please fix utf8 encoding?
    I’m using version 0.3.1 of your plugin.
