Facebook SDK returned an error: Failed to connect

    Hi there, I am getting this error as below, my client is using a proxy in front of their servers.

    Facebook SDK returned an error: Failed to connect to 2a03:2880:f007:1:face:b00c:0:1: Network is unreachable

    I have configured the proxy in the wp-config.php file, does the plugin use the settings from the wp-config file? If not, how can I configure it to do so?

    Hi,

    When trying to login using Facebook at your website, it’s not triggering Facebook login popup. Are you making changes at your website?
    Let us know so that we can check what’s wrong.

    Hi there,

    Kindly tick the checkbox to agree with the terms and conditions before clicking the Facebook Login button.

    Sorry, it seems Facebook login can’t work with a proxy.
