@mark8181 – Appreciate the feedback. Now that you are set up I would love to hear your thoughts on what was not easy to use or well explained, and how we might reword it that you would have better understood?
Honestly for the mass number of use cases our users have hit us with we have worked really hard to eliminate bloated options while still remaining flexible. Cookies, Triggers & Conditions are some of these attempts to remove bloat (rather than having a wall of checkboxes for different triggering options). But also leaving cookies disconnected from triggers means an extra step (confusing to some) but also means ultimate flexibility in scenarios where you may want 2 different cookies on the same popup, one on close for short time, one on submission for a long term.

What I found difficult was understanding where to put the code. In fact when I contacted you I was told that I should not have put one code within the other and that really helped.
I believe that a video tutorial for basic pop ups would help much.
