Error when uploading an image for posting (2)

    when I upload an image to insert in a post, I get this message:

    Unable to create directory /home/www/enscriber.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/09. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    Anyone know why and how this can be fixed?

    Can somebody show exactly what you have to change on settings??

    some servers on the 1st time you need to chmod /wp-content and sub folders to 777 – then do an upload

    chmod back to 755 and should work from then on
