Contact form n/w

I’m testing my site before going live, but the contact form looks like it’s submitting fine, but I’m not receiving the email.

I’m using the ‘Frontpage sections > Section Contact’ and I’ve configured my Receiver email address correctly.

I noticed in the source code, that there is no action associated with the form:

<form action=”” class=”cactus-contact-form”>

I can access all of the files in cPanel, just not sure what file I can configure the send email address in?
