[Plugin: Useful 404’s] email notification

I am getting numerouse email notifications on broker links, though the site is operating normally. For example, I get a notification on an image that is display properly on the page. Why would I get so many links reporting like this?

I have the same issue no emails sent I received the welcome email on installing wordpress but no 404 emails ? any way to trouble shoot.
