    hi,

    you can try option under Events > Settings > Bookings > General Options > Approval Required =No

    I have done what you said – unfortunately without luck.

    We’re only using offline-payments. Does that have anything to say?

    just to confirm, do you have an active EMpro license? maybe you can re-post this in the EMpro forum for us to look closely ?
