How to Make Comments Show

Hi, I tried posting this in the how to section, but the link to start a new post doesn’t work.

On my index page doeshydroxycutworkdotcom I’m hoping to find a setting that will allow my comments to be shown, right now you have to click a link at the very bottom of the article to show the comments, is there a setting to make them just show on the page?
