Looking for a specific vote ranking system plugin, does it exist?

Hi, I’ve been searching for a voting plugin for worspress to no avail, so I was just wondering if something like this even exists.

The aim of plugin is to allow visitors and members of the site to vote on for example a community user submitted sentence. Allowing the visitor to vote only once for each person but to allow multiple votes (so they can vote on more than just one submission).

I was aiming to find a plugin where you for example thumb up the user content and they gain another vote and I want the ones with the highest votes to move towards the top of the list and the least at the bottom.
