How to force broswer to display page until everything fully loaded

Hello,

I am using rev slider, and it is not lightweight. Everytime I load a page, all other contents will show first(image, text). Then the slider container leaves blank and wait for loading.
Is there a way that I force the browser to show the page until everything is fully loaded and the entire page will display at the same time?
