Thank you. I read that carefully, consulted with our IT, re-uploaded, been assured they are uploaded by the plugin, and they still show up wrong. I am so close, I am sure. Could you please take a look? The last few, that appear correctly, were hand-entered.

Looks like you’re uploading blank data. Make sure the encoding of the CSV is correct, it must be UTF-8. It is common for spreadsheet applications to default to other encodings, you often need to set it manually.
Also, you page has a javascript error. Have your tech person take a look at it, it looks like you have a permissions issue: it won’t allow the AJAX call to work.
