    Applications are not submitting, even though the “submit” button works (highlights required fields). There are no jQuery conflicts / console errors / PHP errors, and no success/failure messages on submission. The web page simply scrolls to the top of the browser and resets the form.

    Any suggestions?

    Hello @tristanmarmont,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    It seems like some plugin or your theme is conflicting with SJB.

    In order to find the conflict please deactivate all the plugins except SJB one by one and then check the issue. Also, switch your theme to any WP default twenty themes.

    If you have done any customization in the SJB core files, then please review your code.

    Please let us know if the issue still persists.

    Thank you for your suggestions.

    I found a line of .php that was preventing half of the simple job board plugins’ resources from being loaded (including all of the .js files)

    Once this was fixed, everything ran smoothly.

    Hey,

    The line of code I changed wont be relevant to you, but I found it because I realised the Plugin’s .js files were not being loaded properly like they are now: https://i.imgur.com/QTuKI0I.png If you go to the sources tab and do NOT see these files, you need to find and make sure all of the <script> calls are being made correctly.

    I am having this same issues with site

    This feature was working fine a while a go. now all of the sudden.
    I do not have any custom code in my site, so are there any other answers?

    It seems like some other plugin’s or your theme’s script is conflicting.

    Please try deactivating the plugin if you have installed or activate any plugin earlier, after which you are facing the issue.
