Usability question

I’m trying to find out if the plugin fits my needs and was not able to find an answer to my question anywhere. Maybe someone here can help me.

I need to create a form and after a user fills out that form successfully, I need to provide him a download link for a file. This file is not allowed to be downloaded manually and the download link is allowed to be valid for only one click.

That’s why I’m very interested in the paid version of the plugin.

But what I’m wondering is:
Is it possible to create that download link for a given file programatically via PHP? Can I just call a function of the plugin with a file name and it will return the download link?

I’m a web programmer which is new to WordPress, so I’m sorry if my question is stupid 😀
