Editing Post “Visual” link broken missing php file?

    Okay I screwed up. I did not want to reinstall my WP installation and lose all of my theme settings and in moving the directories/files I must have not moved a file. I am no longer able to select and open “Visual” on the Edit Post Page. Anyone have an idea which .php file I might be missing that interacts with the post.php file that allows this function? ?
